The band's first released album, released independently under Bama Rags in 1994 on Cassette and CD. It was re-released by RCA in 1997. The original version is quite rare nowadays as it can no longer be purchased.

Some tunes on the album are live pulled from their Trax and Floodzone shows of the early 90s. It features many of their early hits such as Tripping Billies, The Song That Jane Likes, Minarets and Recently.

A terrific first effort, especially for a self-released record.

The cover of the album is a stereogram, and has a hidden 3d image of a human hand making the symbol for peace.
